Can I edit with software I already own or do I have to use Sony Vegas Movie Studio?

Sure you can. The theme kits will work inside of most major software editors on both PC and Mac. We chose Sony Vegas Movie Studio to be the editing software for our initial instruction video series because it is inexpensive for a quality editing program and powerful enough to create professional quality video scrapbooks. It is also very compatible and will work on almost any computer, even older models.
